Go-to-Market Strategy · SaaS Expansion · AI

The go-to-market strategy that takes SaaS global — built on AI.

I help SaaS companies expand into new markets and scale what works — with an AI-native go-to-market engine. Keynote speaker, podcast host, and the advisor teams call when the home market isn't enough anymore.

01 — About

GTM that crosses borders.

Expansion isn't a copy-paste of what worked at home. My job is finding what actually transfers — and rebuilding the rest with AI, fast.

I've led go-to-market and international expansion for high-growth SaaS companies — the messy, high-stakes work of entering a market you don't yet understand and building demand from zero.

Now I do it as a speaker, podcast host and advisor: putting AI at the center of the motion so teams research markets in days instead of quarters, localize without a huge team, and point scarce human effort at the accounts that matter.

02 — Approach

Go-to-market, rebuilt with AI.

The method behind every talk, engagement and episode. Four moves that turn AI from a buzzword into pipeline in a new market.

A/01

Market intelligence

Size, prioritize and pressure-test new markets in days — buyer research, competitive maps and demand signals, run with AI instead of a six-month study.

A/02

Localization at scale

Message, content and positioning adapted per market — not translated. The nuance that makes a region convert, without tripling headcount.

A/03

Pipeline & scoring

AI account research and scoring so your team spends its hours on the accounts most likely to buy — and outbound that sounds human.

A/04

Motion design

The funnel rebuilt around AI end-to-end — and handed over as a system your team can actually run after I leave.

03 — Talks

Keynotes & speaking.

Recorded talks from conferences, GTM summits and leadership stages — all on YouTube. Available for keynotes, panels and private workshops.

05 — Praise

What teams say.

The clearest thinking on international expansion I've heard on a stage — and the only session my team used the next week.

We'd stalled in two markets for a year. One quarter of AI-GTM advisory later, we were finally growing outside our home market.

06 — Work with me

Bring the AI-GTM strategy to your team.
